Some of our consumers were asking for non-HTTPS connection to their feeds. Here
you have it: now Queryfeed supports both HTTP
and HTTPS
protocols. For
example, actual NASA tweets are available by
http://queryfeed.net/twitter?q=nasa
or https://queryfeed.net/twitter?q=nasa
URLS.
What protocol to choose?
In general, we recommend using HTTPS for authenticated users and those who searches for sensitive or private data. HTTPS is a little more slow, though. And some software don’t support secure connection. So if you are not interested in security and need to fetch lots of feeds, use HTTP.
Thanks,
Ivan.
